I may be assuming wrong, but I am assuming that you at least have had education in a Chinese school. Additionally, I tend to do best when accompanying someone, because that's a great way to remind me that the piece has to keep going, so if you have someone who could do duets with you that might be helpful. What I'd need to do in order to get actually proficient at sight-reading is never take a second shot at reading a piece, just move to the next one and try again.
